These are short on purpose. An account on CineCouncil means you accept them.

Accounts

An account is free. You are responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping your password to yourself.

If you upload

By uploading a series or episode, you warrant that you hold the distribution rights to it — that you made it, or you have permission from whoever did, to put it in front of an audience here. If that is not true, do not upload it.

Creator access is granted by a curator, not self-served, and nothing you upload is public until a curator publishes it.

What CineCouncil can do

CineCouncil may remove anything — published or not — at its discretion, and may suspend or close an account, without owing an explanation for either. This is the mechanism behind the council's editorial judgment and behind our response to a takedown complaint.

As-is

The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or that any particular title will stay published.

Changes

These terms may change as the platform does. Continuing to use an account after a change means you accept the new terms.
